In September the girls in bleu left Uptown in grand fashion–with a huge sale on some really great looks. This week they’re joining the Shops at Legacy. It was a much-needed addition since it felt like Merge and Fusion Home Fashion were driving the chic movement in that development.
Methinks I will welcome to the neighborhood with the purchase of a dress or something
